Collins established Terry Bergendorff Collins (TBC) in 1989 in Brewster, New York, and staffed by a select nucleus of professionals with solid backgrounds in surveying experience and technical skills. Bergendorff Collins has over 29 years experience in the surveying field and have performed and provided oversight for numerous surveying services including:

 Certified DBE by the State of New York, Department of Transportation and a WBE by the NYS Department of Economic Development
